Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, since August. 2006
Still hot and humid, sure makes me love summer. Most of the day about 30c (88f) and humid. We putter around for a bit and I went to Forest for a few items in the morning. Back home we had lunch then Suzie went for a massage in town, I borrowed a ladder from the resort and worked on replacing the worn caulking on our coach. After a few hours of this it was time to relax to do a bit of reading and enjoy a short happy hour with Harry. While a nice pot roast with potatoes and carrots was cooking in our slow cooker all day. After a delicious supper we took a walkabout, then read a bit more outside on another beautiful warm evening.
Strange Canadian Laws
Throughout early history Sunday was a sacred day of rest and all but the most essential services stopped for 24 hours. In 1968 the town of Blenheim Ontario decided that public sports (a very detailed list of specific sports was published) could be played after 1:30pm
