Happy Thursday!

      Yep we are all happy, upright and breathing, thats all it takes for me.

      We are all mortal and once again realize that as we spent today at the funeral of Suzie's cousin,  56 years old succumbed  to cancer. I used to think that was old but I passed that milestone a few years ago. Small communities are really amazing in these times with everybody appearing for support, the church over full and the funeral procession over one kilometer long. 

      After this we returned home to relax a bit, then I prepared a Chinese style supper of chicken wings, fired rice and egg-foo young, then relax on the house porch again, enjoying the sunset, which happens awful late now , almost 9.30pm.       


      Oh by the way, I thought I might change to look of our Blog a bit what do you think? Feedback is always good.
