Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, since August. 2006
Sunny, hot and humid this morning. So we took our time and packed up, said goodbye to a few couples and were on the road by 9:30am. One and a half hours later we pulled into the farm and set up. It sure was a treat to find the gravel country road to the farm has finally been paved, and not having to wash the dust and mud off our coach everytime we get here. We did notice that it was much cooler here in the shade with a nice breeze coming across the open fields.
We set up, had lunch , I went to town for a few items, fixed the screen door handle, then we went to visit my daughter Jessica for our grandson's 3rd birthday, and enjoyed the two boys playing in their backyard, then BBQ'd hamburgs and hot dogs for supper with them. Back at the farm Dennis and Greg were still working until about 9.30pm bringing in the haylage and wrapping it in white plastic, forming a long white tube in the field.
My Mac should be back home soon so I can add a few of the hundreds of pictures that I have taken.
