Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, since August. 2006
Wow have we been spoiled. Mazatalan is in the tropics, tropic of Cancer to be exact and for the last 3 months the temperatures were usually about 32c (90f) during the day and 18c (68f) overnight. There was always a light breeze and usually pretty comfortable day an night. No heat, no air conditioning. Shorts, t-shirts, sandals, swim in the ocean, amazing.
Now that we are traveling north its getting cooler (we are still in Mexico). Day time about 21c (72f) and breezy, night time 8c (46f) and the ocean is not 84f anymore either. Its downright COLD.  Wear an extra t-shirt, maybe socks, and we even have to close our windows at night and a little heat in the morning to warm things up. That is basically the average weather we will have in Ontario for the summer months. But we have to get thru some colder weather before we can get as nice as this. So I guess we shouldn't complain just grin and bear it, dress warmer and patiently wait until we come back to paradise next fall. But we will be glad to be back home to visit those "Eskimos" in Canada, and enjoy the company of all our family and friends. Especially the littles one who are growing so fast.
Suzie was so excited that we have English speaking TV (6 channels) and a laundramat. We were busy today watching news in the morning then she cleaned some blinds and I went to the laundramat, later we read outside for a while and BBQ'd turkey burgers and french fries for supper, and even watch a couple of tv shows as well. But it's still too cold...... Will we ever get used to this?
