A quiet relaxing Sunday...

Where are we today ?

        After the kids left last night we crashed, wow they sure take a lot out of you.  Got up at 5:30 this morning as usual, compute for a bit then actually went back to sleep for a couple more hours! Wow must be getting old, never done that before but felt much better. Just puttered around most of the day, clean up a bit, fix a couple things and enjoyed a much cooler day today, only 27c, 81f( felt like 37c, 98f). The pool was quiet not much going on there, but that's ok too.
        We sure had a busy, fun couple days and so nice to visit with everybody and play in the pool. Can never thank our hosts enough for allowing this to happen for us on such short notice.

        Around 4 o'clock we sat on the deck with John, a few family members and three dogs for "Happy Hour". They are dog sitting an extra dog, Clara for a week.

        After a nice social"Happy Hour", its 5 o'clock and time for supper. Tonight we can feast on some left overs, BBQ'd chicken. mashed potatoes, gravy and a few peas just hit the spot. Love leftovers !

        A nice quiet supper, we chatted for a bit, reviewed the weekend, then just relaxed in the shade with our books on a nice quiet cooler evening.
