Suzie and Omer

      Another bright sunny day and quite warm and it did reach 80f (26c) around noon and a very warm evening. Now the weather is shaping up. I was in Plattsville for a bit this morning chatting with  few more friends we have not seen for a while and got caught up on the news. Then I stopped at the Bright Cheese Factory to pickup some fresh cheeses for our sunday family getogether at my daughter Kim's. Then back home to putter around for a while.


      At 1:00 pm we received a phone call that my hearing aids had been returned from the factory and I could pick up before 3:00pm. So a quick 20 minute drive to Kitchener and now I can hear again!! This time they were not repaired but completely replaced with brand new instruments (under warranty) and are working amazingly well, just like they are supposed to. On the way home I picked up a few groceries and made an early supper just for the two of us, schnitzel on a bun with fries. Then we sat on the front porch enjoying the warm evening, watching the sun set across the fields and tree line, and talking to Omer.
