Where are we today? 

Stratford, Ontario

Well I had a good sleep and so did Suzie. Probably slept from 9-3 and 3-6. Felt well rested and up and raring to go. So at 6 I had some cereal, later a bacon and egg sandwich.

Suzie came around 10 and we discussed the day's events. Nothing on the agenda today, just taking it easy from my fall last night. I slipped off my chair and couldn't get up. Not hurt but have been put on a 24 hour escorted in and out of bed.

I was hungry for KFC and Suzie went out to get it. Saved $7 on the bucket for two with the coupon.

Ate the everything on the plate.

Shortly after 5:30 Suzie headed home.

SLEPT VERY WELL last night.
Not sure if it was the CBD or combination of  the 2 drugs, no side effects it usually takes a few days for my system adjusts. Woke up about 6:30 am got some cereal,  reading for a while etc, then down to checkout Michael in the kitchen and enjoyed a couple of poached eggs on toast with bacon just hit the spot this morning .
