Where are we today ?
We are having some decent weather, with some sunshine temps about 60f, we can handle that. Trip to town for a few food items then back home to do some more research for places to see in the area and down the road. Walkabouts and all is good here, but kinda chilly unless we can find some sunshine here and there.Right after lunch our friends Rob and Pat pulled in and snagged a site right across from us, how convenient is that? We chat for a bit and let them get all set up.

Is that Suzie in the blue coat? She looks like she is freezing...lol
ReplyDeleteThat was Suzie, it was a cool wind and she has sensitive ears, plus not a lot of sunshine.
DeleteNice day you had!
ReplyDeleteIt was too, we do enjoy every day of this lifestyle.
DeleteLooks like you enjoyed another great day with friends. Hope those storms were not too close to you guys the other night. Be Safe and Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteIt's about time.
No storms here all was good.
DeleteDo you cook the apple whole?
ReplyDeleteYep just cored the apple and put on the grill until it got soft. 5-10 minutes.
DeleteThe broccoli looks delicious. I'll have to try the apple...since we have two big bags full of them.
ReplyDeleteEasy way to do the apple, and do a couple, they are so tasty.
DeleteSitting out in the fresh air makes me think of a tradition they have in Denmark. Mothers will put their little kids outside in the winter time to get some fresh air. These are little kids in baby carriages, and that's where they take their nap. Seems crazy, but the kids are bundled up and the fresh air does them good.
ReplyDeleteBeing bundled up is the thing, which applies to "Happy Hour" as well.
Nothing like fresh air even if it is a bit cool, make s you feel good.
DeleteGlad to see you're keeping that Weber Q busy while your traveling, George. Dinner looked great as usual.
ReplyDeleteGotta keep our Weber Q going whenever we can, as you know love cooking on it.
DeleteLooking forward to using out new Weber for the first time, next week in Mexico.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy it and have fun grilling.
DeleteYou all look like you are bundled in wraps!! However, if the sun is shining, that's one good thing.
ReplyDeleteWhen the sun is shinning its real good.
