Where are we today ?
Yesterday was awesome and today was pretty good too! Because we go to bed early we do get up early and get to enjoy these early morning sunrises. The best part of the day (in our opinion). By the time I have checked emails, had coffees etc.. the sun is coming up, sure makes for the beginning of another wonderful day.

Love the early morning walkabouts, watching the fishermen on the dock and quiet mornings here.
Then the plan for today was to wash our coach and car, (because we can) get some of the road grime off from the last month on the road and enjoy this wonderful day. They were just recently waxed, before we hit the road, so they look like new again.

The park was cutting the huge field behind us for a while but other than that not much noise.

Afternoon walkabout I chatted with another couple, down the road from Texas just setting up their fryer for a fish fry with another couple. Did not have enough oil, but guess what? We did so saved the day for them. We were invited over to join them but they did not have a lot of fish and we had just finished lunch, already had supper planned, but did have a nice visit anyway.
Now we really enjoyed another great reading day, outside. Something that we both love and have not done much of this past summer.
In between chapters I prepped supper. Caesar salad, fresh mushrooms and onions, baked taters on the grill, a skewer of shrimp with garlic butter and a couple fillet mignon wrapped with bacon. Low and slow does the trick. Love our Weber Q 100.
This whole meal done at home for less than $11.00 (including a couple beer each) now how can you beat that? Remember that I always shop the specials too.
Thanks for stopping on by again and hope you had an awesome day too.
Remember if you are on the road, travel safe and shiny side up!
