Where are we today ?
Hey we did have a great day here or what! No weather stuff to complain about anyway. No snow, no rain, no wind and no sunshine, but not too bad at all. Got lotsa walkabouts today, here, there and everywhere. Down by the rivers and around the resort sure was nice.nice trails by one of the rivers, we have three here! |

Now so nice to meet up with this wonderful couple again and catch up, chat and chat until the afternoon was winding down. They had to finish their laundry (it had been going for about two hours). They are heading out in the morning to south Texas for a work camper obligation that they have.

Add to that a caesar salad and we have a very tasty supper, perfect for a cool fall evening.
Before we know it the day is done. And a wonderful day it was, where did the time go?
We had a great day, hope yours was too.

There is quite a few trails right in the resort and surrounding areas.
DeleteLooks like another great day on the road even though you all look pretty bundled up. However, it could be worse. You could be in all that snow up north.
ReplyDeleteNot too bad no snow and no wind, but only 34 degrees outside.
DeleteAnother good day and another great dinner!
ReplyDeleteWorked out pretty good all the way around.
DeleteMy thoughts exactly, where does the time go? Good thing we take photos so we know.
ReplyDeleteTime sure does fly by when you are having fun.
DeleteThe dinner looks really inviting. I have heard of meat pies but never made one myself because it sounds difficult.
ReplyDeleteThis was too simple, left over meat, cut into small pieces, leftover, potatoes small pieces, heat up in a pot with some onion and garlic add some gravy and frozen mixed veggies. One pie crust for the bottom, in oven until cooked, let it cool, add the filling, pie crust on top and back in the oven until golden brown. Can do with any meat, or cook up some ground beef with onions a few veggies tiny bit of gravy, salt pepper to taste. The gravy keep it moist.
