Cooler , but a very sunny relaxing day.

Where are we today ?
clic on a pic to enlarge it
Another great day that we are having. Cooler than the last few, but bonus is we have clear blue skies and sunshine. Love it !
interesting sunrise this morning
right from our dining room window
Then the skies cleared and it was an outdoor day.  Walkabouts, around town, and around the yard trimming a few branches here and there that are in the way while mowing the yard around the edges.
these are Arizona type skies,
our solar loves it!
After lunch read outside in the warm sun , then another walkabout the bush and trails right behind our coach across the road. ATV and hiking trails here down through the bush and by the Nith River that winds around town.
so peaceful back here,
nobody around
love the scenery
the small rapids give a soothing sound
Heading back along another trail, kind of a berm  more peaceful hiking.
looking across the field into town
along the berm
I spotted some rabbits and groundhogs skittering around into their holes. They too fast for me to catch pics of them though.
one of many groundhog holes
some swampy areas back here too.
heading out our coach is right across the road,
can you see it?
back home Suzie enjoying the afternoon sun
Then time for Supper. Whip up our salad and grill a couple fish burgers in our Weber Q.
these are so tasty, found them somewhere in the states
Served the fish burgers on English muffins, just cause we have some and they are not too big.
Very tasty
Another great spring day here on southern Ontario with  lots sunshine. Gotta love it.
Thanks for stopping by and hope your day was a wonderful as ours.

  1. I'm sure it will green up fast now..... I'm guessing that each day you walk you see more tiny leaves emerging.... shouldn't be any more snow now, should there? Usually we can figure that by Mother's Day (USA) that frosts are over in this part of the country... sure hope so!

  3. Crikey ..... I'd have got those rabbits for you. You could have had bunny for supper instead of those fishburgers, aye?? Although I'm not real good at handing over my catch. I tend to like to eat it myself.

  4. It won't be long and summer will be around. Those cool days will turn much warmer. Then, fall will show it's head and you'll start thinking about heading south again. It's a cycle.

  7. That sure was a pleasant walk. I love walking through the woods. Do not like cities.

  8. Looks like you had a nice peaceful hike by the water. Glad your weather has improved so much. Sounds like Saskatchewan is really dry right now so not sure what to expect when we arrive there on Friday.
