A bit cooler this morning frost on the car but was getting to be a sunny day. And we are moving on down the road. Secured the coach and headed out about 9 am stopped in Ayr to top up or propane tank, then east and north to Aurora, to visit Daughter number one, SOL and the 3 grands for a few days.
159 kms(98 Miles) today |
another wonderful sunrise here before we left |
still frost on the car roof in the morning |
Snow Ball General store |
nice rv friendly Walmart |
Then daughter playing in the kitchen while we chat, making some fresh roasted garlic hummus.
the Kids having a ball on the trampoline |
love chicken |
grilled some Naan Bread as well |
Then they all went outside to crack open their geodes that we brought back for them from Arizona, interesting mysterious formations that they enjoyed.
That was an great afternoon hanging out just catching up over a wonderful tasty dinner. Then back to Camp Walmart and call it a night.
We gonna hang out in the area for a few days yet.
Thanks for stopping by and hope y'all had a wonderful day as well.

Good thing your granddaughter is getting familiar with the rotary phone. Most kids today don't even know what to do with it. You tell them it's a phone and their little fingers start hitting the numbers. And there is a village by the name of SNOW BALL??? I would hate to live there. Would remind me of winter all year long.
ReplyDeleteShe has fun playing with the phone, nice that enjoy some of the past.
DeleteYrep there is actually a place called Snow Ball would seem like a chilly place to live.
Some where along the line of your posts from AZ, I missed the geodes. What the heck are they? Where did you buy them? I am always looking for different gifts. Looks like a wonderful time with the family.
ReplyDeleteI bought the Geodes at Gem World In Quartzsite this past winter. Very inexpensive you can check them out on google here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geode.
DeleteGreat for the kids, something different.
So happens that on Saturday we were talking about travels and washroom breaks. One of the things (well, many things) that I enjoyed about having a motorhome was being able to take my washroom right along with me. Seems I'm my own worst enemy. I really like my coffee, but it's quite the diuretic.
ReplyDeleteYep we love our coffee as well, and have been spoiled living in our motorhome, really don't much like travelling without it.
DeleteIt seems when you visit others, you always end up cooking the meal instead of them. So, you can visit us anytime ! :)
ReplyDeleteNo problem except you are too far away right now. lol...
DeleteYour #1 granddaughter is really growing up.
ReplyDeleteShe sure is and more fluent in French than all of us.
