Last day here, wrap up a few things and met some very nice Blog followers

Where are we today ?

Cool overnight, great for sleeping only 38F at 5 am, and 45f inside in no time our Mr. Heater had it quite comfortable inside. At 7 am got a nice walkabout in the cool brisk morning air , so peaceful here easy walking in the smooth dirt roads.
this morning's sunrise on my first walkabout
At 8:30 I did another quick trip to Olsens IGA in Ajo, I forgot a few things yesterday even though they were on my list? Hmm not only my memory but my eyesight is getting the better of me. No problem I enjoy the morning drives anyway, Home by 9:30 and Suzie had our laundry all sorted so off the to nice clean laundry matt here. They have 5 washing machines $2.00 a load and only 2 dryers, .25 cents for 8 minutes $1.50 in each dryer and was all done and folded by 11:30, just in time for a light lunch. They even have clothes lines outside and clothes pins available , but they were mostly occupied right now so the dryer was quicker, not that I am in a hurry. While I did the laundry Suzie cleaned the inside of our coach and washed the floors (she loves our new flooring). Now we all spotless again inside and ready to hit the road in the morning. Even the outside clean, no rain so no dirt, just dusty, So my California car duster took care of that, car too.
5 nice washers
2 dryers most people here have their own clotheslines
clothes line plus clothes pins,
a nice touch
After lunch I puttered around checked tire pressures, oil and secured our solar panel etc. To make sure we are good to get on the road in the morning, Now to relax in the shade on a bit cooler day 68F (20c), quite warm in the sun and enjoy our e-readers again, like we love to do. Of course a few more walkabouts every so often as well.
another new page turner
love theses saguaro cactus right here in the campground
another clear blue ski again
solar panel secured
lots of space here
At 3 o'clock happy hour and we had visitors. Roger and Sue blog followers that have been following our blog for about 5 Years. They are from Alberta Canada and their first winter here in the southwest. They were camped about 100 yards away and noticed we were here, Made a comment on our blog wondering if we could meet. No problem I said drop over or join us for for happy hour. What a super couple, so nice to meet our followers wherever we are and have met a few already this winter as we sometimes do. We chatted and shared information then eventually it cooled down so they headed on home again, time to make supper anyway. Sure hope we meet up with them again.
Sue and Roger enjoying the southwest
this cactus right out Suzie's window
Time for supper so fired up our Weber Q 100 to grill 2 very large boneless, skinless chicken breasts on our grill mat. I saved the largest to freeze. They are on sale this week at Olsens, Only $1;47 a pound, now thats a deal!
so tender juicy and very tasty
to go with our salad
we shared one, maybe ate 2/3 s of it and saved
that rest plus the other cooked one for lunches
As the chicken was just about done did catch another interesting desert sunset.
just about set
then the sky really got red at the end
Out last day of 14 days here, cost us $80.  dry camping, with washrooms, dump station water, garbage dumpsters AND free Wifi. Sometimes slow but heck it is free and probably saved us about $60.00 on our Verizon Mifi. We did lots of research and both downloaded updates for our computers. In our opinion sure was worth it and the weather perfect mostly everyday, And of course no rain! Be very much enjoyed it here. Will be back again.
Thanks for dropping in and hope y'all had a great day as well. We are looking forward to getting on the road in the morning only about 120 miles to go and explore another free boon docking site.
