           Just another great desert day, what can I say? Is it boring? No way just love the lifestyle and the kind of places we enjoy. At 8 am sun shining brightly and no wind, so the 2 of us (just me and my shade) did a nice walkabout  part of the campground and got mile in before 8:30, feels so good to be able to enjoy the peaceful quiet and desert scenery here.
            After getting home Suzie and I discussed where to go now, our week is up. What the heck we really like here so purchased another week. Their rates are $9.00 a day our $40.00 a week, includes free wifi for all our devices. No rush to go anywhere yet so why not? The weather for the next week looks perfect and that is why we are here, sunshine and warmth, desert scenery, no humidity and no bugs.

        Walking by the "Wanna Be lake" this wanna be pretend fishman had his chairs and fishing pole out there trying to catch that big fish and have too much fun. Beside the chairs was a radio and a couple of empty beer cans. Looks the he is enjoying himself.

    After a light lunch I drove the 2 miles east of here to check out the Casino and campground, The casino is small .about 20 or so slots machines, a convenience store and gas bar there. The campground with full hookups  is a large level gravel parking lot  with cement patios. Not sure of the rates but not too bad in our opinion. We still prefer the boon docking , more space!

       Back home to enjoy or e-readers in the shade watching a couple of birds just  doing what birds do, looking for food.

       About 3 pm Deb and Riley fellow full timers ( the Long Lonesome Highway ) stopped by for Happy (social) hour. We flapped our gums for a while traded stories and said so long for now, Was so nice to meet them. They are heading out in the morning for more desert camping and scenery.

       Soon time to whip up supper, so made our salad and grill some chicken drumstick on our grill mat with some zucchini slices. I picked up these drumsticks yesterday and Olsens in Ajo 67 cents a lb. a package of 7 for $2.11, now that is a deal, we will get 3 meals from that deal.
