Where are we today ?
Ok how can you not like having New Years eve day in southern California, sunshine and warm weather, shorts T-shirts, friends, cool beverages and good food.
Today was all of the above, walkabouts, chat with people, enjoy the desert and reading our books in the shade.
Nice sunrise this morning before it heats up. |
Another couple from Ontario arrived today, friends that we all know here. Emile and Monique so more lively conversation for "Happy hour". Now 7 couples here that we know of from Ontario.
Suzie got her doggie fix with Piper today |
yummy |
So set up the fire pit and we gathered around for a few adult beverages from about 7:30 until 10 pm. That equates to midnight back in Ontario. Good enough for us, we get to celebrate New Years Eve with those back home and get to bed before we fall asleep!
New Years Eve around our Propane fire |
Is that not a perfect New Years Eve Celebration for us OLD folks? Worked for us.
Glad you could stop by and ring in the New Year with us.
Lady Girl was all ready for the party |
