Sunshine, warm and another awesome day.

Where are we today ?
Another great warm night for sleeping, windows open and fantastic fan pulling in a nice cool breeze from outside.
Slept in late until 5:45 this morning but soon at the coffee and computing, next the early morning walkabouts. Gotta make up for lost early morning time.
Then before it warms too much today gonna get back to polishing and waxing the shady side of our coach. Finished off the drivers side of our coach all done nice and clean and shiny. No pics of that today, pretty much the same as yesterday. Eventually will get the passenger side done then the lower part and front and rear caps, not nearly as much work.
After a bite to eat for lunch it was getting pretty warm 26c but with the 71% humidity feels like 32C (90f) So we head out for an afternoon  dip in the pool just to cool us down and feel real refreshed. Was nice the pool was not too crowded.
Then after reading for a bit in the shade headed over to Emile and Monique's for a nice social hour. Few snacks, fun conversation, comparing notes for places to see.  Back home turned on our A/C, to cool things down for later on tonight.
"Happy Hour"
About 5 o'clock time to fire up our Weber Q time for supper. I had picked up a nice fresh Pickerel fillet (Walleye for our American friends). Perfect for the 2 of us. Just lightly coated both sides with a bit of olive oil and some "Old Bay" fish spice.
Preheated our grill for about 15 minutes until smokin hot. Turned it to med low, brushed it clean with our grill brush. Put the fillet on the grill flesh side down for 1-1/2 - 2 minutes then carefully turned it over (skin side down) and closed the lid 10 minutes or so.
Until the thickest part flakes with a fork.
last 2 minutes added our garlic cheese bun to warm up
Then we have a very tasty, tender, moist pickerel fillet to add to our leaf lettuce salad, with sweet tiny tomatoes, cucumber, green onions and low fat cottage cheese for a dressing.
really hit the spot !
Another day under our belts and we enjoyed every minute of it. Great weather, got some exercise, polish and wax some more of our coach, chat with a few people, read for a bit and had a very tasty fish dinner. All that with my honey.
Couple hours outside after supper to enjoy this great summer time weather, then soon time to call it a night.
Hope your day was as exciting as ours and just wanna thank y'all for stopping by.

  7. How do you two stay so thin and have happy hour each day. When we were in Mission, TX, we did that every day. That is how I gained weight.
