Where are we today ?
Wow what a wonderful day today! Started off sunny and warm and just got better as the day progressed. Morning walkabouts, coffee and computing then a quick trip to the store. Fill our R/O water jug and picked up a few needed supplies. Then seeing as it was such a wonderful day, my back feels good and we have morning shade I set to work to wax the passenger side of our coach. I did the cleaning, compounding, and polishing the other day now just need to wax. This the easy part so by noon all the upper part was done.

Another walkabout, chat with a few new people arriving today then grabbed our books to enjoy more of this wonderful day.

We had corn on the grill tonight also. Sometimes we roast ours in the husks after soaking in water but tonight we did it in foil too. Although I don't soak it we just spread butter on it wrap it in foil and Art usually turns it once after 10 minutes and then in another 10 it is perfect. Just add some salt and maybe pepper and it is fabulous. I just bought some peaches will have to try grilling them. MMmmmmm
ReplyDeleteLotsa ways got grill corn, this works for us or whatever I feel like.
DeletePeaches excellent on the grill!
Wax on...wax off... = Great shine!
ReplyDeleteSo easy with great results.
DeleteI just read two other blogs where they were cleaning inside and out. Must be something in the air.
ReplyDeleteWe just had grilled pork chops last night too. Paul did a great job with them.
Perfect day for cleaning, like to do it when we can.
DeleteLove grilled pork chops.
Looks like another great day in paradise for you! A few accomplishments thrown in also helps too. There are many more summer days ahead to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteYes we are loving it!
DeleteThose pork chops looked pretty darned good. I think we have some Costco chops in our freezer - just may have to thaw a few out now!
ReplyDeleteGo for it, love our pork chops almost as much as chicken.

We enjoy it here, no desert or mountains but we get that in the winter when we head south.
DeleteHey George I never comment much but I do read your blog. Now my walk is over I am starting to get things done in the RV. I was just going to buy a Weber bbq but I thought about you and was wondering what size is your Weber I saw a Q100 but was wondering if that is big enough. I have to try the peaches.
ReplyDeleteWe have the Q 100 and works for us can do two whole chickens on it our even 10 hamburgers matter of fact will have 11 peope ehre this weekend and it will do the cooking.
DeleteThanks George I think I will buy one.
DeleteGerry learn to use it and you will love it!
DeleteGlad your perfect weather is back. Love that shine on the RV, need my sunshades.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shot and yes we need the sun shades too, or maybe rain shades depending on the day.
