Got up early and by 8:30 am its getting pretty warm not a breeze, sun shining is nice a bright. A little warm too. With humidity putting it about 109f.
We are not in a hurry so ready to go about 10 am over to the reservation fill our coach and car with gas. Put in 225 litres all together at $1.14.00 a liter. just down the road saw gas for $1.32.9 a litre ($4:98 per US gallon). Saved abou $43.00 on thisfill up alone. Still be a lot cheaper in the USA. Filled with fuel fired up our genie and turn on both a/c units, Perfect time to exercise these puppies and thats what we did until we got to sis's place.

Got to sisters place by noon, all set up, had a quick bite set up satellite dish then inside to visit before 1 pm.
|
we have a wonderful view here on the lake |
Sis had a problem with these two bowls that some how got stuck together. And we tried about everything, hot on the bottom, ice in the top one and lotsa other things. Finally I dripped some dish soap around the edges, waited for a bit and a little wiggle they came apart.
Now hanging out here and they said too hot to go in the boats so we just hang out here in the shade, chatting and catching up, its been a long time.

couple nice boats here |

the house and our coach from the water |
Then eventually time for a bite to eat, while sis made some awesome salads, and thawed out some jumbo shrimp. I fried them up up in a little butter.
|
perfect supper for a hot sticky day |
Then we can relax on the lower patio overlooking the lake as the sun was setting and things cooled down.
That was it for a great day, visit with my sister and her husband, once in awhile, catch up, and some very nice HOT weather. Thanks for stopping in to visit too bad ya did not drop by.

What a gorgeous site you have at your sister's!! With a beautiful view, great food and family around, I have a feeling they're going to have to get a tow truck to get you out of there. Wait .. that would be what they'd have to do to me! I wouldn't want to leave.
ReplyDeleteWe only here for two nights, places to go, more family to see.
DeleteWhat an awesome parking spot your sister has for you. The sunset photo is gorgeous.
