Warm, sunny day and lotsa vitamin D , just the way we love it.

Where are we today ?
clic a pic to enlarge it

Sunshine early morning and clear blue skies all day, How can you not love that ! Got some coffee consumed and a few walkabouts the campground, nice and quiet after the weekend people gone and before our Canadian long weekend coming up Victoria Day weekend, May 24, what ever you want to call it our first long weekend of the summer season soon to be upon us.
Not much on the agenda today so got our coach all washed (it's been a while) get some of the road grime off. It only takes me about and hour usually including the roof. But while doing this a few people stopped by to chat for a bit. Not a problem I have lotsa time. Now I am almost afraid to say this, but so far looks like we may have solved our water leak problem. We will keep checking and keep our fingers crossed.
Just enjoying this warm sunny day. Shorts on and did get up to 67 f (19c) and just a light breeze was wonderful. Maybe some rain tomorrow then a couple of nice hot days are predicted, we will see.
Halfway through washing the coach I stopped for a bite of lunch then finished it of. Put my stuff away, couple more walkabouts and settle in to enjoy our e-readers out side fora while, even had to put our awning out for a bit with the intense sunshine. Hey that is ok too.
awning open for some afternoon shade
Then a few friends stopped by to enjoy our warm site for "Happy Hour" The usual flapping our gums and sharing stories, is always fun.
Paul, Monique and Emile
our coach nice and clean now and if the spirit moves me
I will wax the coach again soon
and the car as well.
Soon time to preheat our Weber Q 100, whip up a salad and grill a couple of Turkey Garlic sausage that we love.
These are so tasty and even healthy too
compared to pork sausage
just a perfect supper tonight
did the trick
That was our sunny spring day doing what we enjoy.
As I am working on this blog still sitting outside enjoying a wonderful warm  sunny evening, in shorts listening to the peace and quite and a few birds chirping. This is what we are here for and love it ! No sunset yet maybe much later, if that happens I will post a pic tomorrow.
Thanks for taking the time to drop on by.

Where have we been this summer ?

  1. I'm certainly glad that you've been able to find some warmth. We miss the heat of the south and it seems we've run into some unusually cool weather. We're still running our Mr. Heaters. Thank goodness we have two.

  3. Been catching up on what everyone has been up to. Sounds like you and Suzie have been enjoying some nice relaxing spring days. Always nice to be able to sit back, enjoy the days, while having the opportunity of visiting with friends. From the pictures you have posted it looks like a beautiful area you are spending time enjoying. Reading about your days keeps us motivated to keep getting things done. At the same time do not want to miss out on time with family and friends it is all about balance.
