Wrapping up a few things here before we hit the road in the morning .

Where are we today ?
Clic a pic to enlarge it

I slept in this morning until just after 5 am !Wow that is amazing! Musta been extra tired.
No problem I got things done and headed into the grocery store at 8 am for a few needed items, before we hit the the road again tomorrow.
While coffee and computing is happening I saw this wonderful sunrise reflecting on the clouds right outside our dining room window.
Kind of an overcast day and much cooler only got to 75 F but still vey nice and comfortable. Back home about 9:30 and got a couple more loads of laundry done at only $1.25 to wash a same to dry why not?
his was the skies today
After light lunch I checked out tires, and oil on the coach, dumped out tanks and stowed our hoses so we don;t need to do that in the morning.
About 3 pm I put our pork ribs on the Weber Q with sauerkraut wrapped in foil, to get tender. For the recipe click HERE or my recipe blog top right side bar. While this was going on we enjoyed a quiet happy hour doing what we love best, Reading our books (e-readers).
As supper was cooking Scot and the whole family dropped by to visit. First time we have actually seen the whole family together, All 7 children with mom and dad as well, This is an amazing family full-time in their trailer for the winter away from the cold northern provinces of Canada. They are being home schooled and what an amazing adventure they are having. You can check out their blog HERE Living Large in the North.
an amazing family and these children are so well behaved it is
so nice to see.
Soon the ribs are ready for the grill mat, slather with sticky BBQ sauce and then glazed.
on yeah they smell awesome
yummy, ribs Kraut and sauerkraut
sure hit the spot
and more leftovers too
That was our productive last day here and really enjoying this park. Only $9.00 a night for 10 nights full hookups plus electricity, and because mostly on solar our electric for these 10 nights was only $4.80 where the lady in the office said most average $20 to $30 a week. Our solar has been paying off for us big time for years !
No sunset to see tonight as the cloud cover hid it from us, but am sure we will enjoy many more in the desert. Tomorrow off on another adventure.
Glad that y'all dropped by and sure hope you had a wonderful day as well.
