Nothing we need to do and nowhere to go. other than relax an enjoy this wonderul weather

Where are we today ?
clic a pic to enlarge it.
The usual early morning stuff then as the sun rises I got into a few wonderful walkabouts. Just wandered around the desert areas here , because I could. So quiet and peaceful something we really love about this area.
not a 100 yards away we can enjoy this
loving it
We toured this area 2 years ago and have no desire to do more  touristy stuff (shopping etc..) so I will  show what we did then. Check out the next paragraph and if you click the link you will see all the colourful downtown areas in T or C.
It was exactly 2 years ago today that we were here and toured around downtown Truth or Consequences ( T or C) as the locals call it, If you are interested in seeing all of the colourful buildings you can click on that posting HERE.
After a quick trip to town for more needed fresh veggies home by 9 am enjoying this amazing weather here did get to 76 F (24c) not too shabby at all , and much warmer in the sun.
another  wonderful sunny almost cloudless blue sky
We spent some quality time enjoying our e-readers in the sun and shade. A few walkabouts in between as well.
A bit later Scott dropped by walking their dog Brownie to say hi and meet Suzie. He is the father of the young group from Alberta, 7 children the oldest 14 and the youngest 3, they are being home schooled and having the time of their lives.

I had already put a cornish hen on our Weber Q for supper and made a garlic bread with cheese from a hot dog bun I picked up today.
cornish hen and garlic bread done
just added a salad, we enjoyed a one meal chicken ,
maybe a small pot of soup in the morning for lunch
What can I say? Away from the cold and snow back home and just enjoying the good life.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoyed your day as well.

    1. No problem Nancy, I preheat the grill on High 15 minutes, turn down tool or 1/3 , spray hen with oil and you spices, set hen on the grill, close lid, keep it closed, about an hour or so, check internal temp should be 165f, if after an hour not browning on top turn it over for maybe 15 minutes then right side up again. should be done to perfection, Enjoy!
