Long lost Rv friends, came here. A Sunny warm fun day, and ready for Thanksgiving . Happy Thanksgiving to all our American Friends.

      Just more wonderful desert weather that we are here for. Nothing on the agenda today , just a few walkabouts and enjoying this great park with full hookups, and free internet. Got  a few very nice walkabouts this park, starting at 7 am. Don't really want to head out with this  Thanksgiving traffic for the  next few days so staying put works great for us.
      Unknown to us we had an rv pull in beside us just after lunch. Hey these people look familiar I said to Suzie. Looks like Jean and Skip from British Columbia Canada. New rig that we did not recognize but they look familiar.  Sure enough it was them. We met up with them quite a few years ago in the desert here in Arizona. It has been almost 2 years since they were here.  They have not blogged for a while .Travels with Jean and Skip  . So nice to see them again !
     Well heck we  chatted, let them set up checked out their new to them Coach, chatted some more and enjoyed a very fun Happy hour. So much to talkabout after all this time. What a super couple they are!

        They wanted to surprise us but when they checked in they we given the site right beside us! Now how did that happen?.

      After a few hours of flapping our gums and doing what us rv'ers do soon cooling down and time to whip up our suppers. Tonight we cooking a couple of Chicken Cordon Blue sausage that I picked up in New York. They looked tasty so have to give them a try.

     Just whipped up a salad preheat our Weber Q and they were grilled to perfection.

      What another great desert day we  had, and surprised when our friends arrived early afternoon. We knew we would see them this winter but did not expect them today they just happened to be in the area and stopped by in this park, cannot beat the rates here at $10. 00 a night with full hook ups.
       Still outside posting the blog at 7:30 pm , but getting kind cool 58f (14c) so now inside to wrap it up and get warmed up again.

         Thanksgiving day here tomorrow  and we are prepared for the free Turkey dinner here in the park, a pot luck so we are taking a desert to share. A very large apple pie!
