Where are we today ?

Wow, amazing summer time weather temps just above freezing this morning but by 8 am in shorts with clear blue skies and sunshine. Got up to the mids 70's f. No hurry today, walkabouts, chat with a few people and putter around. We both had our showers, dumped and flushed our sewage tanks, topped up our fresh water. Had a nice early lunch, (homemade chicken noodle soup), secured the coach, hooked up the car and on the road about noon.
We have been here for 3 weeks, and really much too long in one spot for us, we always have that itch.
Very late for us. But we going to Camp Awesome in Plattsville. Have 5 acres to park in here for a few days.

Arrived here before 2 pm, Suzie went to New Hamburg to help her Dad with some computer stuff. So I mowed a bit of lawn here where we will park and set up our coach and shaw dish. Will mow the rest probably tomorrow.
Suzie back by 4pm so I parked the mower, we chat for a while with a cold one, then whip up supper.

Then for supper my very last Chorizo Burger :<(... and a Turkey burger for Suzie, grilled some wonderful fresh asparagus and added to our tasty salad.

Gonna hang out here for a few days and enjoy this amazing summer like weather. What' not to like about that?

DeleteI'd gladly trade weather with you as it's predicted to be in the low 90's here for at least the next 10 days and it's only May - I'm not looking forward to mid summer.

DeleteI think you are having warmer temps up there than we are now. Short? I may as well have left them in Mexico! Chorizo burger? Now that's something I've never had. (plenty of chorizo... just not in a burger... sounds good.

DeleteI bought the Chorizo in bulk at a butcher counter and made my own burgers.
