Everybody in Ontario can celebrate the Long Weekend, amazing weather and my birthday, perfect, party on !

       What a great day to wake up ! Upright and breathing feel amazing with the warm temps, sunshine and blue skies. Perfect for my birthday. And a long weekend to boot! Everyone in Ontario at least gets a holiday to help me celebrate. 67 years old now and feel not near that age. Never would have thought I would actually live this long. This as amazing !!!
        Got coffees done so on with my shorts and t-shirt gonna go for a walk around the block shortly after 8 am. About 3 miles to Arkona and back circle tour. So quiet and peaceful here in the country and the birds making noise all over the place gotta love it! And scenery just amazing, everything so green and colorful.

       Then around 9:30 a quick trip to Forest for a few things and fuel up the car 97.9 a litre at Kettle Point. Back home for a light lunch, Suzie had the laundry sorted so off the the laundromat in town let the machines do their magic while I got to enjoy my e-reader.
        More reading in the shade then at 4:30 around the corner to Arkona Fairways with 12 of our closest RV friends that happen to be right here in this campground. Hey it is Friday, my birthday, and wings and beer on special. And one thing I do LOVE is Wings and beer plus having our friends joining us too!

Tucker came to visit Suzie

       We are all here at Mulligans Bar and Grill Arkona Fairways. Nice that everyone came out to celebrate my birthday, tell some stories and have a few laughs, good food too. And because I gave them warning they were ready for u. The service was excellent as was our food. Hope everyone else thought the same, I don't think heard any complaints.

Hobgoblin Ruby Beer, from Wychwood Brewery 
and Gerry bought me a Bud Light.

and ranch dip, something they don't have here

        Now supper tonight we enjoyed was right off the chart for our healthy eating but heck it's my Birthday and I will do what I wanna.(within reason, Suzie says). OK, moderation I only had 10 wings instead of the 20  I used to eat in the past.

we shared the fries too

       Now that was a really fun birthday enjoying good food and great weather with awesome friends.
       Once home it was cooling down a bit so we just added another layer and enjoyed our e-readers for a while outside, when around the corner came Bill and Eleanor with 2 Bud Light King cans with Balloons on top singing "Happy Birthday" so of course they sat and chatted for a while, nice to see Bill again chat with them and get to know Eleanor better. Bill and us have had some great times together over the years, both here and camping down south.
