Where are we today ?
What more can we ask for here? Wonderful sunrises, warm sunny days, and hanging out with friends.
After coffees and computing my first desert walkabout shortly after 7am right after the sunrise was wonderful just over a mile.

Then about town for a while checking out motels for a friend that is coming to visit tomorrow. Season over now and rates are about half from a week ago.
Back by the BIG TENT noticed it was gone, next year another zoo here.

DeleteAre those tortilla chips on that pizza? I looked up your recipe for cauliflower crust pizza.. a friend is having a pizza party here soon and I know several folks are vegetarians (and gluten free)... I think I'll give that recipe a try. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe pizza is topped with lettuce, tomato and corn chips after baking. Very different and tasty.

DeleteI would be interested to learn just how much commerce took place and how many dollars changed hands during the Big Tent Quartzsite sale. I bet it is nice to have less people around the Q now.

DeleteMmmmm, that pizza looks so good! I can sure tell you where NOT to go for pizza in Yuma!!! Did you get rid of all the lemons? I hope so; I felt a little guilty leaving you to deal with them. You know what they say though; when life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Have some lemonade on me.

We have not tried Silly Al's...only Grumpy Al's ): anyway...one of these times...I am going there ! today I bought the ingredients for Cowboy Caviar..... just hope I like cilantro....
