Where are we today ?
What a great way to begin 2016, sunshine blue skies, cold nights and temps into the high 60's f. Much warmer in the sun.Got a few walkabouts done this morning couple miles done maybe 3. Chat with a few people and no where we need to go, love it !
After a light lunch I took the top hinge off the door of our coach, cleaned and lubed it as well as adding a couple spacers, Now the door seems to close just like it supposed to without slamming it.
Another minor job done that was on my list. Now to enjoy reading in the sun for a couple hours, perfect weather , t-shirt shorts and sandals love it.
Thne at 3:30, 2 couples came over for Happy Hour. We know them both but they don't know each other. Denis, Sandie ( Happy Trails Blog) and John and Barb. All went well we flapped our gums for a while and got to know every one then as the sun begins to set, cools down , time to head home for supper and inside for the evening.
the conversations never stopped good thing it cooled down or we could have talked all night |
Hank with Suzie and Piper with Sandie |
Time to fire up our Weber Q 100, grill a couple boneless pork chops for supper, only takes a few minutes.
Glad that you dropped in a hope your New Year had a wonderful beginning too.
added to a salad and sauerkraut |
As supper is done another wonderful desert sunset.

DeleteYou look all bundled up. Is it really that cold? A small cold front is coming in here now so should be cooling down to low 80's or upper 90's.
ReplyDeleteDenis and I were in shorts, was wonderful but pic was taken about 4:30 starting to cool down just like is does in the desert. Down to 60 f now with a light north breeze.
