Another fun day with not much on the agenda and that is just wonderful. Early walkabout then Suzie sorted the laundry and I into the Laundromat in town to by 8am.

Very busy spot here but they have 64 washing machines and 34 commercial dryers, 25 minutes to wash ($1.75) and 18 minutes to dry (.75 cents) with the commercial machines. Nice to get it all done and home shortly after 9am.

The weather here is bright and sunny about 65F but a north wind about 15 mph very nice in the sun and out of the wind. Perfect the way our coach is parked. T shirt and sandals, Kept my jeans on for the cool wind under the coach.

About 3 pm Happy hour evolved and Suzie got her doggie fix, Hank and Piper run right over and hop on her lap. They love Suzie !
As we began I had some pork ribs with sauerkraut ready to hit the Weber Q. Low and slow wrapped in foil. For the recipe click

The ribs and kraut smell wonderful so they headed on home for their meals and I whipped up a salad to go with it.

We don't need to do much to enjoy this weather. This is our lifestyle getting away from the Great White North.

Arizona clear blue skies are what we enjoy.
DeleteThe Grill Mat has many uses, have done eggs, home fried potatoes and helps to keep the grill clean when using BBQ sauces. Really like it.
Joe has discovered the grill mats too and loves them!
