Great weather, meeting up with fellow bloggers and friends, we had a wonderful day!

Where are we today ?

        A pretty nice day again, almost sunny all day and almost hot, Temps got into the lower 70's, yep we will take that.  Walkabouts, shopping, for a few food stuffs at 7:30 am. Chat with neighbor Rob for a while a resolve a few rv issues. Works good for us. 
        A light lunch, check our tires, check oil, and pack up a couple things, hitting the road in the morning. Even had time to enjoy our E-readers for a while as well in the afternoon sun.
        Neighbors stopped in to chat for a bit and enjoy a cuppa. Lady Girl came by to visit as well. Such a wonderful dog she is.

       Enjoying the  afternoon weather we watched a fellow flying his remote controlled air plane not far from us in the desert. He is really good with manoeuvring this plane around.

      Mid afternoon we had more friends drop by John and Barb, as well as Rob and Pat for a visit. Then Denise and Bennie (Sassy's On Da' Road ) came over to join us. We had invited her for supper, just cause we could and she is an awesome woman!

        Now we chatting and having a great time  another vehicle pulled into our site. Hey its Jean and Skip (Travel with Jean and Skip) they found us ! We met them last winter in Quartzsite and another wonderful couple, hey most rver's are! Almost like old home week.

       They were all invited to stay for supper, but Jean and Skip had somewhere to be. I had cooked up a nice 5 and1/2 chicken on our Weber Q. Some tiny taters, red, white a blue, added that to tasty salad and we sure did get our fill.

         As we enjoyed supper with Denise also had another great sunset. Does it get much better? Good friends, good health, good food and good weather, yep we lovin' it.

        What a wonderful day we had again. Now relax for a bit and call it a night.

        Got stuff done during the day too and we are on the road in the morning to Catalina Spa resort in Desert Hot Springs California.
