Temperatures below 90f and we feeling cold??? This is not good, think we are being spoiled.

Where are we today ?
A great nights sleep last night, windows open fan going and we are comfy. Yep all is good here. But soon we be leaving this perfect weather and slowly make our way back to Ontario, Don't wanna rush though, whats the hurry?
Morning walkabouts the resort is kinda interesting. Lots of great things to see. Carvings or statues, or whatever you want to call them made from tree stumps and limbs. Artwork maybe? Think they are kinda cool.
Then a walkabout by the lakes? (more like ponds) very nice too.
Old time wagons here and there about the park makes for interesting decorating.
They also have a crew in here trimming the palm trees, sure not the job I would like.
way up there, with a chainsaw
loading up a trailer with trimmings
Back home puttered around for a bit.  Re-did come caulking on our roof, then time to relax in the shade with our books for a while.
under a nice Palm tree
another walkabout, this park is huge,
think over 900 campsites
But ya know we are getting real spoiled. Temps got to the low 80's f and we starting to feel chilly. What are we gonna do when we get back to Canada??
Soon time to fire up our Weber Q, grill a couple salmon fillets.
two minutes flesh side down, turn over and
about 5 more minutes, done to perfection
Added a tasty rice pilaf, small salad and we had a wonderful dinner.
did the trick tonight
That was just another fun Arizona winter day here in the desert. Think it could be worse if we were not here.
Thanks for dropping in for a peak, and don't be shy, you can drop on by anytime for a visit, we friendly people ya know. We are who we are.

  3. Low's 80's is still great, we are happy to be back in the warm weather now too! The 3 days in NYC was enough cold for us even though they were about the best days they have had since December.

The "artwork" looks fun, I like it!
