Where are we today ?
Warm hot and sunny, thats why we here and think we should stay in this area much longer, why ?Just because we can. Looks pretty cold east, north and and southeast of here. So what to do? what to do? Plans are written in chalk so we change them on a daily basis. In the meantime lets just enjoy this, walkabouts, read in the shade , chat with a few people sure beats that cold and white stuff in other places.
just enjoying our books in the shade |
So we agreed to pick her up, check out her class A toy hauler and her new (to her) toad. The cutest little tracker you have ever seen name of Ms. Daisy.
We got to meet Bennie and Suzie got her doggie fix. |

Ms Daisy, all hooked up and ready to go, a nice looking toy hauler. |

Such a fun day .... Buffet looked great bet it tasted yummmmmy !!!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah it was real yummy!
DeleteYou can only eat at those buffets frequently. It's so easy to over eat. I know. I usually do that when there. Love those warm summer days. We're thinking we left for Texas way too soon ... way too soon.
ReplyDeleteWe don't do Buffets very often at all, but so this was a treat.
DeleteWe were gonna head that way now too, but decided to wait as long as we can.
Nice day, George. I'm curious, has Suzie thought of having her own special dog? She certainly does love her "dog fixes." Boy that Class A is a pretty RV. I spent a couple of hours at Camping World in Anthony, TX/NM waiting for a repair job on my Fleetwood Flair, visiting the new RVs in the showroom and out in front of the building. Hmmm, now if I'd get rid of the stix house I could . . .
ReplyDeleteWe have thought about a small dog, but with this lifestyle she gets to play with lots of them with out the responsibility and we still have the freedom to not worry about a pet.
DeleteWe foun d the perfect coach, sold the stix and bricks back on '06 six and have not turned back, love it!
We don't visit buffets much. We always over eat and regret it later.
ReplyDeleteWe usually avoid them but this was a special occasion, and we actually don't feel too bad, took a Pepcid AC first though, that really helps.
DeleteNice that you got to see Denise one more time. Good decision on staying longer, the weather is just not cooperating.
ReplyDeleteIt sure is not cooperating thats for sure.
DeleteWe went to Lin's one time when we were there and it was fabulous. But we don't do buffets very often either. I think you're smart to stick around Yuma for a few more days at least until that weather starts to clear up further east.
ReplyDeleteIt was fabulous, Sassy said she was there with you guys and enjoyed it.
DeleteWe will stay here as long as we can. Just makes for a few longer travel days.
Seems like a good idea to stay in a 'good weather' area. Nice visit with Sassy too!
ReplyDeleteYes on both comments.
DeleteFood sure was good huh ! So great to be able to spend a little more time with you guys and get to know you a little better.
ReplyDeleteYes it sure was fun, travel safe and have too much fun out there! See ya on down the road.
Deletecan't believe how many posts I've missed ... caught up and beautiful weather and gorgeous Class A! and ALWAYS ... the foooooood ....
ReplyDeleteI do buffets because I like the variety ... yeah right... haha... I know that's what all fat people say, but it's true... PLUS I will sit and watch other fat people eat and it makes me NOT eat so much. dead serious. you ever watch a fat person eat?
we are pathetic.... !
Yep thats for sure, pretty pathetic.
