Wed. Feb. 9th 2011 Benson AZ

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
 since August 2006

This morning went to Walmart for supplies and when I returned to the parking lot this ATV (all terrain vehicle) was parked next to our car. Well its  just there in a parking spot, this cool looking vehicle that people use all over the place down here.
side by side ATV
Just think about it, these are great for around town, in the bush, in the desert, on the beach in the snow, are relatively inexpensive to purchase and operate. Fun to drive, street legal, seating for two people side by side, easy to park, top speed 60 mph (100KPH) hmmm think I want one. BUT..... Oh well I can dream.

Back home a walkabout and putter around, cleaning the outside of our coach and car enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. About 2:30pm Benson Glass showed up with the new windshield for our coach. I think I told you we had a small stone chip that grew into a longer crack.
These guys know their stuff, pulled up got to work barely a word between them, they worked together seamlessly as Suzie and I watched.
loosen the old glass
cleanup the opening
prepping the new glass
install the new glass
In less than an hour the job was done, nice new clean windshield, the old one was the original 11 years old, tomorrow I will clean the other windows. After all that hard work they left for the next job and we relaxed in the shade with our books, (too hot for the sun today). It really tires you out and works up a thirst watching other people work.
nice day
Such a nice day no wind and hot, we will take advantage of it and set up the Barbie to cook up 1/2 a chicken, baked potato, a tossed salad and fresh strawberries for supper.
tasty supper
And before we knew it another day flew by.
