Where are we today ?
Today not much to do and that is wonderful. I am feeling better today think a slight sinus head cold. So after a quick trip to El Centro, I whipped up a pot of homemade chicken noodle soup. That fixes everything right? Well my Neti pot helps too.

Had the carcass from the chicken the other night on the freezer, so brought it out a simmered away to a very tasty broth.

After lunch we enjoyed our e-readers in the shade for a while and this Jeep pulled up to visit us! Then this couple came out of their Jeep and dropped in, we met them in Unadilla Georgia Nov 4th 2014. just for a few minutes. Gerry and Carol. told them about the pecans here so they gathered up a whole mess of them and borrowed our pecan cracker to open them up. This was this posting
HERE little did I know they have been following our blog ever since.
They are camped across the highway at the free 14 day free area and thought they would look us up ! Wow was that a nice surprise! Thanks for stopping by guys was great to see you again. Such a small world.

They left shortly after 3 pm and we had happy hour with the guys here at 3:30.

Then shortly before 5 pm head home to whip up supper . Tonight a couple turkey burgers and a salad. Sure did the trick.

DeleteI think chicken noodle soup makes everyone feel better. The good thing about those temperatures you'll soon be experiencing in Arizona, is that there isn't a lot of humidity with them. That sounds wonderful.
