Just a another great day, warm and sunny.

Where are we today ?

What did we do today?  Nothing but enjoy another wonderful day of weather. Gotta love it! Ran a few errands in town first thing this morning then at 8:30 headed to New Hamburg laundry mat to get a few loads done. About and hour later  three loads all done, picked up a few groceries then back home.
Quick bite for lunch and Suzie head off to Kitchener to have lunch with her Gramma still in the hospital. Now while she did this I hopped on the grass cutting machine for close to 3 hours and mowed the rest of this acreage, (did I saw its too much fun?) Mind you did stop for a while to chat with a neighbor lady have not seen for a few years too.
look at the corn over 8 feet tall it is huge !

the back of the lot,
Cannot see our coach from here,
that's Jamie's trailer you see.
Suzie back home same time as I finished mowing the lawn (good timing). Got caught up with the news and I proceeded to read for a while she brushed the dogs.

Then time to fire up our Weber Q to grill a couple Pacific Salmon fillets, to add to some home fried potatoes with onion, green peppers, garlic and steamed broccoli with cheese.
tasty salmon fillets
sure hit the spot
Of course we dog sitting and they love hanging out here. So inside Buddy and Molly come just to be nice and comfy. While we enjoyed our supper. They do not eat people food and just lay there quite comfortable, snoozing.
Once again Suzie took them for a run and packed them away for the night.
Our plan is to hit the road in the morning and head on out to see new places and new (old) faces, actually friends we have not seen for while!
Thanks once again for dropping on by, our day was awesome hope yours was to.

  7. It is going to be a great year for corn. Two years ago in Iowa a this time of year, the corn looked kind of sad.

  8. Susie sure takes care of the dogs. They must love her and hate it when she leaves.
