Nice quiet Tuesday at Rock Glen resort in Arkona Ontario

        Just loving today sunshine, hot weather AND a very quiet campground. All them weekend people have gone. (not that we mind them). But so peaceful and quiet. Just look at the weather forecast below perfect! Now I love the hot weather, no airconditioning needed yet, maybe just try it out for a bit to make sure they are both working.

        Nothing on the agenda today and not much to blog about, just a quick trip to the Arkona market, putter around a bit. I did stuff and Suzie did stuff, then the two of us can enjoy a wonderful hot afternoon in the shade together,(just the two of us!) cool breeze with a nice refreshing root beer float. I thought about going to the pool for a cool dip, but the thought passed me by.. Kinda ran out of time not much free time when you are retired, ya know.

         Then I get to have fun! Fire up our Weber Q-100, I had marinated some mushrooms, zucchini, potatoes and red pepper in a bit of olive oil and Mrs' Dash garlic and herb seasoning.

       Then had a couple marinated pork skewers in the freezer that I thawed out (bought them on sale!). Everybody on the grill for about 15-20 minutes and we had another very tasty supper.

        So there that's what we did, a few walkabouts and enjoy our books and hot summer like weather. Think we really enjoy this lifestyle after 8 years.
