Amazing almost summer weather AND got to wash our coach! Whats not to like about that?

Where are we today ?

Morning  country drives done by 9:30 am and we have another busy day ahead of us. And thats ok , we have a plan!
About 10 am we went and got our coach from its parking spot at Suzie's brother's place and back to her Mom and Dad's house.
Because of this amazing warm spring weather today our plan is to power wash the coach and give it  a good exterior cleaning. Get rid of all the damaging the salt spray that was picked up on the roads on my way back home form California this past January.
Our coach started right up no problem, warmed it up , checked tire pressures and moved it out on down the road.
So nice to be in the driver's seat again even if only for a couple miles, would really love to get out on the open road again, but it will be soon, new places and new faces. At least move around Ontario for a bit, here and there for the summer.
feels so wonderful to be behind the wheel again !
no snow,  sunshine and satellite radio blaring tunes,
like wow its awesome!
While I was washing the coach and puttering about Suzie washed our sheets and blankets, while doing more purging and organizing in the house,
hey thats me!
Finally just after 4 pm we called it quits. Enough is enough, besides we had an invite to stop by a visit the neighbors Toni and Lewi (spellin?) and enjoy some needed social time, (Happy hour)! Super couple they are and have been neighbors here with Suzie's Mom and Dad for well over 20 years.
After a nice visit and enjoying the after noon sun on their amazing patio, back home to finish up supper.  Had some pork ribs on our Q in foil with sauerkraut going for about an hour. Time to take them out slather with BBQ sauce and caramelized the outside of the ribs to make them fall off the bone tender and so very tasty.
oh yeah they smell so good
just add a salad and we have yet another feast
Today was a wonderful sunny warm day, t-shirts and shorts, getting things done and enjoying the fresh air and exercise.
Thanks for stoping by we really do enjoy your company.
Check out the interactive map below to see where we have been this past Winter.

    1. I only wear sandals when relaxing around reading, not for standing and walking, I found out was too hard on my back.

  5. Glad to see a picture without snow! I bet you are glad to be taking one without it too. Being on the road after hanging one place for a while sure does feel good. We know.

  7. Always nice to get the winter dirt knocked off the coach - mine got the treatment on Saturday, just in time for the spring pollen to start recovering it.
