Moving stuff, grass mowing and a great Weber Q meal again, wonderful fall weather.

Where are we today ?
Hey there how ya'll doin today? Once again we are Awesome, upright breathing, not too cold, sunshine and no snow. So for today we have some plans (I think). For me I run to the store in New Hamburg after my coffees, computing, walkabouts and a trip to the garage to get the morning gossip.
nice sunrise this morning
After the errands we had a bite to eat, finished off the chicken noodle soup I made, then I hopped on the John Deere for a couple hours and finished off the last couple acres of lawn at the rear of the lot here. Look at the pic below and see our coach below the red arrow close to the front of the property, way far far away.
Awesome huge lot here, so much space
Got this done, then into visit Ma in Waterloo for a bit and move some of our stuff from her basement into another storage place, just in case she decides to sell her house while we are gone this winter.
the trees are changing color very quickly now
Unpacked our stuff and visited with our hostess Lea for a bit and chat. Then I can fire up our Weber Q again, bake a couple taters, grill a nice strip loin steak, fresh mushrooms and onions in foil, garlic bread with cheese and a few peas for Suzie.
Have to cook up that beef before we cross the border, just in case, don't want to loose it !
Hit the spot tonight for sure
Now after supper we had another awesome, spooky, moon rise in the trees, a little chilly but we are toasty warm inside with Mr.Heater on low.
another nice moonrise
Only a few days left before we hit the road, are we excited? Well yeah kinda a whole bunch, heading off on a new adventure, some new places and some places we have been before. See some old friends and meet some new ones. Sure do love this lifestyle.
Thanks for stopping on by for a peek, we do enjoy your company.

  2. We love our Mr. Heater. It's the difference between getting cold at night and staying nice and warm.

  4. Yes, I saw that moon hanging in the sky over Woodstock tonight. The way the weather has been lately it is sure time to head south.

  6. We Definitely will be keeping an eye on your travels once you're on the road.

I the mean time it is still fun to see everything you like everyone else has to do before leaving. Like I said before if you are going to miss cutting the grass you could bring a lawnmower south with you. LOL!

    It's about time.

    1. Actually time with our families and grand children was awesome, the campgrounds, the sunshine, visiting friends, cooking supper, happy hours, reading our books I guess the whole lifestyle is our favourites.
