Where are we today ?
Wonderful sunny fall day. Think we almost like this weather, a bit cooler than I like but at least its not cold and "snowy". This morning a quick trip to Forest for a few food items and a "senior" discount every Wednesday at the Foodtown. Saved big bucks! 10 percent of your bill not too shabby!But I had 2 cravings today sausage rolls with puff pastry and rolled ribs with a sage dressing. So I whipped up the ribs ready for later on and set them aside. For the recipe you can click here.

For this awesome afternoon we were able to read for a while in the sun and relax. Then Rob and Pat dropped by to sample my sausage rolls. Great for "Happy Hour" appys, then we both fired up our Weber Q's. They did a chicken and we did our ribs.

You think all we do is eat? Thats not the truth, we have fun, walkabouts, research, reading, chatting together and with friends, and a lot of food prep (that I enjoy). Sure keeps us busy. Think tomorrow gonna play outside all day!
