Moving on down the road, and another Weber large meal.

Where are we today ?

This is a delayed posting for thursday.

Wonderful warm morning, no frost today we loving it. Morning fog, is  common at this time of year in this area.
When I took my early morning drive to Plattsville, a friend of Suzie's parents the dropped by to take them to Timmies (Tim Horton Donut shop) for their usual morning ritual chatting with friends, looks like they are getting back to normal.
Now we have a mission accomplished for now and things are getting back to normal at their house. So after lunch we secured the coach and moved back to "Camp Awesome" at John and Lea's in Plattsville. Molly and Buddy came to say hello and welcome back.
Only takes a few minutes to level coach, open slide, open awning and set up our dish. Get out the lawn chairs and enjoy our books for a while.
Molly says Hi!
Buddy says Hi too.
Suzie has treats???
Then after her last school bus run Lea stopped to visit us at our house. And a great visit we had, she does not have to work tonight for a change. So this impromptu social hour and we getting hungry so I fired up our Weber Q 100.

They were having chicken for supper too so I said bring it down and we cook it all up on our Q. So there you have it roasting 14 potatoes, 4 bone in chicken breasts, 3 chicken thighs and 3 chicken legs enough for 5 hungry people.
Our Amazing Weber Q-100 does it again
But with the grill full of meat and potatoes, I compromised by cooking up the fresh asparagus and corn in the microwave this works pretty good too.
oh so tasty, looks like I have
 a fingerprint on the lens
John was not home from work yet so we ate in our house, did saved him his share for supper.
Now Buddy and Molly wait until we are done then come to get a treat from Jamie.
Good dogs
Last night after we headed in for some reason was having problem with my photos, got them into Picasa but editing they went in limbo. This has happened a few times over the years and all I can do is wait. I restart computer, restart Picasa but just need to wait. So thats why no posting last night. After over an hour on friday morning they finally just magically appeared.
Molly says thanks for stopping by,
hmm you smell good!
We thanks you too, nice to be back here at our huge 5 acre site at "Camp Awesome".
I think in a few more days and we will actually go to a real campground for a bit.

  3. It must be a great feeling being back at "Camp Awesome". Since the dogs are so photogenic the blur in your lens could be from their nose and not your finger. Can taste that food right through the computer. Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.

  5. That's a lot of good looking food on that grill. Too bad you're not close enough that we could have stopped by to help you finish it off.

  7. You must be a real pro at getting that dish set up so quickly considering the number of times that you do it.
