Such a wonderful area to enjoy this amazing summer time weather.

Where are we today ?

      Warm sunny days and cool nights great for sleeping. And we in the Kawartha Lakes area of Ontario, cottage country. We don't have a cottage but we can bring our home here and enjoy it as well. Ok we don't have a boat or on the water, small lakes here everywhere. But that is not a big deal for either of us, been there, done that for many years, long time ago
       As I was enjoying my morning coffee about 5:30 am I saw movement outside the window from our kitchen table. A deer grazing in the grass right across from us. I fired  up my camera focussed and opened the window, to get a good shot, but of course it heard me and bolted back to the bush. Would have been a great shot but this was the best I could do, just a blur.

        Got a nice walkabout down  in the valley, checking out the bay/swamp, so peaceful down here.

     Then at 8 am a quick trip to check out Buckhorn, much the same pretty quiet but will be a zoo for most of the summer months, starting next week.

       A few house boats anchored for the night by the lift locks soon ready to head of for new adventures.

      Next another quick trip to Lakefield, get our laundry done, stop by the beer store and Foodland for a few things for tonight's supper.
        A nice light lunch then another walkabout the campground, this weather is amazing !

       Then enjoying the peace and quite and view from our site, loving it.

         Now to visit our friends Norm and Pat for Happy hour 3:30 to 4:30 works for us.

      Then home to throw together a couple chicken Kabobs. Couple chicken breasts I had marinated in our favorite chicken Marinade, this be the pic below.

      All assembled and on the Weber Q with some more fresh local asparagus. Add to our green healthy salad and a few rice crackers with garlic humus

         Now we are enjoying another warm evening outside, after 8 pm and still going strong, only go inside when its too chilly for shorts or we are fading into the sunset.

         There ya go another day in the life of a fulltime rv'er. We can be busy and have fun without even trying.
