Where are we today ?

We had major rain storm overnight, so nice to hear it on our roof. Lightning and thunder, wow what a fun time enjoying the light and sound shows.Still raining off and on this morning so got my walkabouts and packing up between the raindrops. We are on the move today but no hurry.
Showers, pack up, then an early lunch, dump our sewage, chat with few neighbors and friends, so long, see you later on down the road etc. It was fun to keep in touch.
We got on the road shortly after 11am heading to Plattsville, stopped to top up our propane and add a bit of gas to the coach. Arrived in Plattsville about 1:15 pm, all set up satellite dish included.

The funeral home is just one place I never look forward to going to. So sorry to hear about your long-time friend.
ReplyDeleteThank you , but they should be celebrations of life, not sad times, need to keep these upbeat and the memories that we have.
DeleteCrikey ... Sorry about your friend. I hope he had a good life!
ReplyDeleteThanks Charlie i'm he sure did. One of his sons made the 22 hour flight from Australia for the service too.
DeleteA recommendation for sauce in a jar, something I'm going to try.
ReplyDeleteIt work good for me, quick easy and tasty.
DeleteSorry for the loss of your friend.
ReplyDeleteWe've had more than our share of rain over the last couple of days too. I'm tired of it but glad the sun will start rolling back in tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSunny and hot here now for the next few days, love it !
DeleteSorry about the loss of your friend. It is too bad that funerals are what seems to bring people together. People need to do that more when the people are alive, but somehow life seems to get in the way sometimes.
ReplyDeleteYes it is a shame, but we have seen them frequently over the years and kept in touch.
DeleteYou guys are the movingest people I know and just the opposite of me - even though we will move every 7-10 days on our upcoming trip, I'm more of a stay at least a month in each place guy.
ReplyDeleteWe find a month too long in one place, like keep moving about keep these wheels turning year round, lol....
