Nuttin' much today, just taking it easy again.

Where are we today ?
Whadda we doing today? Nuttin' much. Campground is getting empty, weekend people leaving and it's pretty quiet (actually very quiet). And hey we just love that.
So with a few walkabouts, chat with some people as they are leaving, a trip to the Arkona market for a few food stuffs. Putter around with a couple minor things here and there, and really get to enjoy some quality reading time this afternoon with perfect temps in the low 80'sf (28c). What not to enjoy.
Also got to sit and chat with friends Harry and Jackie have not seen since last year, they are here with two of their Grandsons that will keep them pretty busy for a while.
This morning the grass on our campsite was cut, no work for me there.
Oh I did get ambitious and vacuumed our car, (its been a few months and was awful, still some desert dirt there).
Gave myself a haircut and beard trim, Suzie stepped up to trim my neck and do the finishing touches. Be good for a few more weeks.

a perfect sunny day
Then as the afternoon progresses, enjoying the peaceful day again, time to fire up our Weber Q, grill a couple salmon burgers we had, on fresh baked buns from the Arkona Market, some pepper strips and another tasty salad to round off a very filling meal.
one slice of our huge tomatoes we bought yesterday
Nice sunset we had last night
Internet working better now after he weekend, even though we have our own.
Thanks for stopping on by, hope you had a wonderful day too.

  1. Lots of people in a campground sure give a drain to the internet for sure. Sometimes we need days that aren't so active to unwind a bit. Sounds like this one might have been yours.

  4. That sure isn't a store bought tomato on your burger. Just seeing it in your picture made my mouth drool! :c)
