Its still cool and windy this morning but we are toasty warm, nice view, glad were are not driving, will let the winds go away! We are in Eastern Standard time zone now, same time as Ontario, the first time since last October. I was able to reluctantly put on warmer clothes and walkabout the resort for a while holding onto my hat in the strong winds, but still enjoyed the fresh air and exercise.

After morning coffees and walkabouts I went shopping for a few items at Aldies and Walmart, most food stuffs that we can get cheaper here, and some automotive things as well. Air filter, wiper blades etc.. Back home I was wanting to enjoy the pool but we could see from our coach that it was very busy with families, lotsa children, playing games in the pool etc... So decided to let them have their fun and make lots of noise without my attendance. It is sunday after all, family day, maybe everybody will go back to work and school tomorrow. Must be getting old, or its just not our family, makes a difference.
So did some more puttering around, got my trusty pressure cooker out, threw in some pig tails, ribs and sauerkraut for 15 minutes to quickly cook and tenderize. Then into the oven with a tasty sticky BBQ sauce to caramelize for about 15 minutes while the potatoes nicely steamed on a rack in the cooker.

Such a quick, tasty and energy efficient , especially when its too cold and windy outside to BBQ.

Well after supper I checked out the window and the pool looked pretty quiet, so grabbed my suit and towel and before ya knew it I was soaking in the hot tub and doing lengths of the sparkling clean warm pool, so nice and relaxing. Suzie didn't want to join me she preferred to do dishes, silly girl!

Then back home, compute and read then a bit of tv before calling it a night. The nice pool helps makes for the cooler temperatures, almost.
