Friday and March break is here..

Where are we today ?
Today just hanging out and doing stuff just waiting to move forward.
Got  few things done and go visit my Ma in the hospital.Suzie did not have to take her Dad today, as a friend volunteered the drive.
So she dropped me off at the hospital in Kitchener (St Mary's Hospital,) she ran her errands and picked me up at the hospital about an hour later.
nice side streets here by hospital
this be the place were Ma is
Finally back to New Hamburg , go a one mile walkabout while Suzie rested then I whipped up tonights supper. I was craving a Tuna melt and salad so this is what we had. For the  Tuna melt I made click here. Simple, easy, quick and pretty healthy too.
jalapeño peppers on mine,
the 2 on the left

tasty salad and we good to go
That was it for our not real exciting day but at least the sun was  shinning and temps pretty mild. Gotta love it!
We really had not too bad of a day, and hope you had a great  too!
      Thanks again for stopping by.

March (spring) Break is next week and looks like we may have a very busy schedule.
Check out the interactive map below to see where we have been this past Winter.

  2. I know you think life is same old, but be assured - I for one keep popping in to support your efforts - I love your meal suggestions as well. I reckon the snow must dissappear as quickly as it arrived. Love your snow pic updates.....cheers

  3. That Tuna Melt sure looked good. I'm sure I'll give it a try too. Thanks for passing it along. It certainly looks like that snow you have is melting. Good news for sure.

  5. It sure is nice to see the sunshine here in Ontario! Bill loves the sound of running water as it means melting! Also nice that it is a slow steady melt. Tuna melts do look good, thinking about salmon cakes for our dinner tonight. :)
