Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
since August 2006
When I removed and cleaned the cushions for our dinette I noticed the plastic support under my cushions was cracked and sagging. I set about to find some lumber around the resort and came across a few pieces to reinforce the seat. Now after some cutting, shaping and fiddling about it is much stronger and more comfortable to sit on (an invisible repair).
After more work than we bargained for, finally got done by 4 p.m. and while waiting for the carpet to finish drying we went to visit Emile and Monique for happy hour, on their last night here. Wishing them safe travels and hope to see them on the roads down south sometime this winter.
Now back home, carpet is almost dry and time to fire up the barbie to grill a chicken breast, a blue sweet pepper (its a green pepper inside) with a rice pilaf and garden fresh tomatoes for supper.
