Where are we today ?
This morning wonderful weather and nice walkabouts is real good. On my first tour this morning noticed that Sylvan (park owner) was riding in the bucket of the loader trimming trees. Doing a great job too, making room for large trailers and motorhomes.
Rest of the day I puttered around with maintenance things , eg. adjust our door lube the hinges etc.. Then we can relax in the shade and sun enjoying out books. What a great life.
Now time for supper and we have a great plan, picked up a couple steamed P.E.I. lobsters from the local market and looked like a great plan for tonights supper.
8 minutes in the steamer |
Our Weber Q is doing its job |
A wonderful Lobster supper, because we can (was on sale too) to celebrate Monday! |
Now to relax outside for while to enjoy a nice mild evening with a bit more reading, till it's too dark to see.
Just want to thank ya'll for stopping by and joining us.

Seems you can cook everything on that WeberQ!! Looks good.
ReplyDeleteYeah for sure cook it all on our Q.
DeleteWe enjoyed the lobsters last year when we visited New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia...so yummy!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right...we are blessed to enjoy this lifestyle.
These lobster was good, but nothing like fresh lobster on the east coast!
DeleteLookin' Good George. We enjoyed some lobster last night. A friend of ours has a bunch shipped in from the east coast and holds a lobsterfest - as close to fresh as we can get right now so we're not going to complain.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds awesome too!
DeleteSend those lobsters this way!!! They sure looked good.
ReplyDeleteSorry all gone :(
DeleteHmmmm.... We need some limb trimming around here! Good looking lobster.
ReplyDeleteThe trimming is needed to be done every year.
DeleteOh my, now that looks like a romantic dinner as well as delicious. Please tell Sylvan that I appreciate his tree pruning. It makes a huge difference to us.
ReplyDeleteWe all appreciate the pruning.
DeleteCan't get better then that George wouldn't trade it for the world!
ReplyDeleteReally an awesome lifetstyle isn't it!
DeleteAmen to your title!
ReplyDeleteI love lobster...put one of those in the mail for me...please.
In the mail? Would not be very good by the time it went thru customs.
DeleteThat was one great looking dinner! Now, I've got more to add to my Weber Q list!
