Now Suzie has been doing the geneology for years and the Stere family has approximately  1050 descendants from the original Joseph Stere date back to the mid 1800's. Suzie's Gramma (98 yeras old) is one of 13 in the family. Only two of her sisters are still surviving and they are there as well.

Now mid afternoon the family reunion winds down so back to our coach at Ben and Darla's, Get to relax in the shade with our books for a bit.
Until they returned for their motorcycle cruise and offered Suzie a ride. So on with the helmet and away her and Ben went. Perfect day for a tour. They did some wonderful local countryside on a perfect day.

Then back home he fired up their BBQ (not a Weber but it worked) and grilled 4 monster burgers and fresh kaiser buns, fully dressed, potato and macaroni salad on the side, they were AWESOME. Don't think we need to eat for a week after this weekend. Thanks Ben and Darla for being such wonderful campground hosts and friends !
so tasty homemade burgers
There ya go another busy day to wind up a very busy weekend. Thanks so much for dropping by to have fun with us and hope you enjoyed this fantastic weather as well.
In the morning we pull in the slide lift the jacks and move on down the road, (rest up and go on a diet ?)

  2. WOW...98 years old....that is awesome! So far, the oldest person I have ever known was my mothering law. She died just days before she turned 95. Anyhow...you sure had anise Sunday with family and friends! And yes, those desert tables would have been my first stop for lunch!

    Safe travels today!

  3. Um ya. Not all BBQs have to be Webers, although it probably wouldn't hurt.
