Relocating just down the road a ways. Almost new scenery !

Where are we today ?

         Ready to hit the road this morning, but my early morning walk was shut down. Can't walk ! Hmm , sciatic nerve is pinched. So half a block down the road I hobbled back home. Called my chiropractor at 7:30 am. Message says they open at 8:20 am. So I hopped in the car and headed to his office in Waterloo. Got there at 8:15 and no 8:20 appointment so right in I go. All adjusted and and feeling like a million dollars !
        Back home by 9:20 and we on the road before 10 am, lets get outta Dodge! (Plattsville). Taking the back roads to Arkona Ontario about a 90 minute drive. Love travelling these routes, easy pace and amazing scenery along the way. Took a road north of London Ontario and passed by a treat shoppe . Can you imagine chocolate dipped Butter tarts? (kinda like pecan tarts in the USA) and they are rich enough as it is.

      Travelled a lot of nice quiet roads like this below so serene.

          Arrived before noon and parked in one of our favorite sites. All set up but a couple of issues with our compartment key locks, Think they seised up from the salt spray on the roads when I returned in January. Worked on them for a bit and all seems to be working good now. More work to be done on them soon.
perfect day . temps around 80f and sunshine
       Got to read our e-readers for a bit had with a few people stop in to chat them time to whip up supper. Tonight  I made a couple shrimp kabobs (marinated in garlic) to grill on our Weber Q and added to another tasty salad.
Did the trick again
        After supper can still sit outside and post this blog done about 8:30 and still about 70f and no bugs , we love it here! What's not to like about "free camping" well not quite free but no overnight fees and full hook ups , 30 amps thats all we need anyway. 
        Thanks for taking a peek again, we plan to be here 2-3 weeks or until Suzie says back to New Hamburg / Plattsville.

    Whoa! It looks like you are making up for all the traveling you missed out on this past winter.
    It is nice to have full hook ups when the temps get hot.

      We doing our best to move about. thats what we enjoy.
      We like the convenience of the water and sewer, we don't much use the A/C usually our fantastic fan does the trick.

    Those kabobs look good, I think that I will make some pork ones with some of the cheap pork loin that I bought today when we did the groceries. Thanks for the idea! :-)

      Love pork and chicken kabobs too. Love the pork loin when on sale, our freezer is usually well stocked with it.

      That butter tart store is on the corner of Medway and Richmond in London Ontario.

      I have been going to this office for 36 years now and I know the symptoms as soon as they happen, best to get it fixed right away.

    Somehow I doubt that you actually "hopped" into the car. More like, eased yourself in.
    It's amazing what a good chiropractor can do. Haven't had to see mine in years.

      Nothing quite like a "good" chiropractor to fix everything up.

    There's nothing better than feeling better yourself. I'm not sure if I'd be able to park next to a chocolate store. I might be tempted more than I wanted to be. Looks like another great site for you.
