Sunny warm day, and met more fellow Bloggers!

Where are we today ?
Just another wonderful cool night for sleeping and all is good here in Texas! Just a wonderful day, sunshine, no clouds, no winds and temperatures up into the high 70's f. Can't beat that with a stick can you?
No plans other than enjoy this great weather. We are fulltime and need to live somewhere so why no here for a bit ? Just puttering about, walkabouts for a while and chat with a few neighbors. All is good.
One neighbor walking by was Ron. The Cowboy of  The Princess and the Cowboy . We had a comment from Sharon a few days ago said that they would be here in our resort.
Chat with Ron for a while, then after lunch were invited to drop by for a coffee with Ron and Sharon and meet these fellow bloggers from Ontario Canada. They have been fulltime about a year longer than us and like us, just love the lifestyle. Comment was, is there any other life?
Conversation flows easily as it does with fellow Rv'ers and we could talk all day, then some. Now over two hours later it was time to head home (don't want to wear out our welcome).

Before we know its after 3 o'clock so back home, and we can enjoy our books for a bit with our feet up. Pretty warm day too, in the sun.
Then I get to prep supper. We are going to try Cedar bay, Cedar Planked Atlantic Salmon on our Weber.
Already prepped and frozen, so thawed out, fired up the Weber, whipped up a rice pilaf and had a very tasty (very reasonable) supper today.
Add some broccoli with cheese a sliced tomato really hit the spot!
there it is so tasty!
So there we had fun and the day just kinda slipped on by.
Thanks for stopping in for a peak, hope the sun shone one your campsite and you had a good supper too!

  2. Nice to meet other bloggers.

Did you know that Atlantic salmon is a farmed salmon and possibly contaminated. Wild salmon is better for your health.

  3. That salmon looks yummy. I have never heard of Cedar Bay. Did you get it in the states? If so, where? It took us several months to figure out we were no longer on vacation and to relax and slow down. It is an awesome life! Have you ever stayed in Phoenix? We want to after Vegas, but need a doggie park for the 4 pups... Looking for ideas. Thanks"

    Have a great Friday!

    1. Bought the salmon here in the States Walmart I believe, maybe Kroeger, very tasty and handy.

Never stayed in Phoenix, just around there Casa Grande, Eloy, Sedona, and Quartzsite. Lotsa doggie space in the desert BLM land.

  4. You are right. It doesn't take much to get a conversation going between two RV'ers and especially between two blogging RV'ers. Enjoy.

  7. Another great RV day. Sounded like a nice visit with Ron and Sharon, glad that you got to meet up with them. The Salmon sure looks good, I have never seen it in any of our local stores here.

    1. The salmon was very tasty. Almost hidden in with the frozen seafood stuff.
