Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, since August. 2006
Happy Independence Day for our American Friends.
Sunny warm and awesome again. Windows open fresh air, sunshine does it get any better? Coffee and computing early in the morning, a walkabout the resort then a trip into Buckhorn for a few items.
The Buckhorn Buck
The main street in town runs beside liftlock #31 and is a nice place to stop and relax.

Back home we puttered about and chatted with a few neighbours. A bite to eat for lunch then relax a bit and read in the shade. By mid afternoon my sister, brother-in-law and their 2 cats arrived with their Roadtrek van camper and as luck would have it the people on the site right next to us were just packing up to leave so they waited a bit and were camped next to us. We got caught up on things and relaxed in the shade as the temperatures soared to over 90f (34c) in the shade but at least a bit of a breeze. Supper tonight was BBQ'd chicken breast, garlic sausage, potato salad and fresh asparagus, inside our coach with the air conditioning running. Afterwards outside to enjoy a beautiful evening in the shade.
