| Last night supper, chicken breast, mashed potatoes broccoli |
Stratford Ontario.
What great sleep I had from 9 pm until 6 am with only one call for nature all night,
No side effects from the CBD everything is good. Had my breakfast then time to visit Michael in the kitchen to see whats cooking.

| Egg salad sandwich for lunch |
Had a quiet relaxing afternoon with my sweetie.
Supper is meatballs in mushrooms caps, roasted potatoes, gravy and salad.
